Seychelles!!

Hi people out there and beyond earth,

I have written a piece of writing about a destination and I thought I would show you what I wrote about. By the way, the destination I wrote about is real but I actually didn't go there also the descriptions are real.
The date there is also not the actual date.
Here goes:

She sells seashells in Seychelles!

Mukta Begum, August 21st 2011

Paradise! Spectacular! Stunning! Everlasting beauty! These are just some of the words that describe the islands of Seychelles. I still remember the pink, glistening beaches in Seychelles especially the beach on Mahe. 80,000 people living in Mahe enjoying the beach. The name of the Beach was Beau Vallon Beach- very fine pink sand, lush tropical vegetation and a serene sea which is relaxing and gorgeous to look at.

A beach in Seychelles on a hot day is like a day at a lake in mid August. The shimmering sun following me through as I tread along the sand wearing sporty light clothes since the temperature is 40 degrees. This was the first time ever the temperature was ever so high!

The divine, world-class beach (Beau Vallon Beach) smelt fresh, almost like a new ocean breeze air freshener. The sand is pink blended in with golden little specks; it sparkles like the water running of swimmers back. Not far from the shore, you can see the coral swaying in the azure shallow water. Turtles moving from place to place, scared that one might come next to me. Many people laughing and playing in the hot burning sun while others are lying on the beach, bronzing their skin while enjoying the rays of the sun coming in their face. You don’t even know how the day goes past and how the night comes.

At night everything was still. Waves were still coming but not that hard or loud, while the beauteous beach was vacant from all people. All I can hear was the crystal water making a swish sound as it comes near the shore and the light breeze coming from the giant palm trees.

Aaahhh! Bat! It was really scary and wonderful at the same time seeing a petite black bat in a tree hanging upside down. It was like overcoming your worst fear. After staring at it for a while, I found the bat really cute because it was so small that it looked like a chicken’s egg in your hand.

What did I forget? What did I forget? Oh, now I remember. I forgot to have breakfast in the immense five-star hotel (coral strand hotel) because of the excitement of going scuba diving. Thankfully, one of the kind employers there reminded me of having breakfast. Yummy! It was extremely a long time after I had such a pleasant, appetizing breakfast. I felt like I was out of this world.

The moment I put my soft foot in the sapphire water of the Indian Ocean, I felt really lively. Wondering what I might see there, I took a deep breath and let my heart take me wherever it wants. Am I dreaming?

Who's opinion? My opinion!

You know people, that the posts i have written so far are my opinion so i would like it if you kept all the negative comments to yourself. I'm not trying to be rude. i am just saying it casually because it just came to my mind that you people might not know that it is my opinion. Also i am not good at English( by that i mean in school the subject English) so i don't describe things. i just say it the way i see it. (That was random, it just came to my mind.)

Bye and i hope you enjoy the snow. (If it snows in your area.)

Snowy Snowy SNOW!!

Hey guys, I am so happy and excited since it is snowing in my area which is basically in London. (I won't say which part though.)

It started on Friday around like 9:30ish. anyway when it was snowing at that time, my form(in secondary we call it a form but in normal, it is a class) were really excited and they were leaving their class work and were going towards the window to see it. Our teacher tried so hard to get them to sit down, then he started blackmailing them,(Teachers always do that). He said that if they don't sit down, we will have to go to the head or stay throughout  the whole break.

Right now, there are so many people outside playing with the snow. It is really nice to watch them have a snowball fight, I enjoy it.

Sri Lanka

Hi guys,
Today in my school, i learnt about holidays and destination in English and i found it interesting for the first time. Anyway we were discussing about Sri Lanka. I didn't know how naturish (if that's a word) Sri Lanka was and we get our tea (leaves) from sri Lanka. You might be saying 'yaa she didn't even know that' but i knew we get our tea from other countries but not Sri Lanka. I thought i should write about tourism since i got many nice countries you can go to if you want a break.

Sri Lanka is one of them. Let me give you some reasons as to why this is:

  • It is sunny
  • Cultural
  • 8th wonder of the world
  • Religious
  • New Things To Explore
  • Climbing Rocks, Mountains
  • Paradise Island
  • Tea
  • Tea Terraces
  • Vast Greenland
  • Jungle Safari
  • Beaches
  • Oceans
  • Fishing Lagoon
  • Diving
Sorry i didn't have time to write more. I had to go.
